Wedding Policies & Terms

Non-refundable retainer is required to submit a contract and secure a booking. The retainer will be applied toward the total booking cost. 

Total payment is due 2 weeks prior to your contracted wedding date.

Accepted payment methods: Cash, CashApp Venmo or PayPal.

Retainer is not subject to a refund. Refunds are available only if cancellation is communicated to Cody Louise Candids via email, text message or through my website, 2 weeks prior to the contracted wedding date. If less than 2 weeks notice is given no refunds will be issued.

Once photos are delivered clients have 48 hours to request edits or changes. After 48 hours further edits or changes will be subject to additional fees.

If rescheduling is needed Cody Louise Candids will make commercially reasonable efforts to accommodate the new requested date.

If no agreeable reschedule date is found the situation will be considered a client cancellation and no further services will be provided.

Clients are allowed a maximum of 2 separate reschedule requests per contracted booking.

If at any time either the client or photographer feel unsafe or uncomfortable open and respectful communication is required to address the issue. If the situation is not resolved my services will end immediately.

If Cody Louise Candids equipment is damaged due to the clients actions or negligence, the client agrees to cover the full cost of the repairs or replacement. This includes, but is not limited to,  cameras, lenses, lighting, tripods, props and other items used during the event.

Lasers will damage my camera, in the event that they are present my services will be strictly limited to other equipment or a fixed location away from lasers.

If my view is obstructed or hindered by anyone at the event I am not responsible for any shot not obtained as a result.

Photos taken may be used on Cody Louise Candids social media, website, and physical promotional materials.

If you wish to revoke permission you must submit a written request. After Cody Louise Candids receives the request up to 2 weeks may be needed to remove all applicable images from digital platforms.

Please Note: Any printed materials (flyers, business cards, etc.) printed or distributed before the written request will not be affected.

Cody Louise Candids is not responsible for any injures that may occur during your event.

RAW/Unedited images will not be provided unless previously agreed upon in writing by both parties.

Client galleries hosted on the Cody Louise Candids Website are available for the limited time, as communicated during delivery.

After the agreed upon download window has passed the gallery will be removed from the website and a republishing fee may be required to re-upload and restore access for download.

Cody Louise Candids will be the sole photographer at the event.
